CANCELLATION CHARGES
Once a booking has been confirmed, the following cancellation charges will apply;

- 100% of the Fees if cancellation occurs on the day or the day before the scheduled service
- 50% of the Fees if cancellation occurs between 2 to 3 days before the scheduled service
- 25% of the Fees if cancellation occurs between 4 to 7 days before the scheduled service
- 100% of the Fees if the Client fails to allow the Service Provider to carry out the agreed service
Communications (ie phone, txt, email, facebook etc) are not monitored after 9pm, any messages received after this time will be deemed as being sent the next day for cancellation purposes.
